I'd say Nethergate Resurrection. It's the 2007 remaster of a 1998 RPG that aged fairly well and was reasonably interesting, but when after 5 hours of playtime I felt that I barely started the tutorial, I knew I just didn't have the patience to put in the time I would need to explore the game's world and story, so I shelved it. This was 6 years ago, maybe I will pick it up again one day :/

It does look a bit outdated even now. I think it was a great question because that may place you to consider playing it. You may have a better understanding of how the game was.

Heads up that this game has really strict region locks, there's a strong chance of rerolling.

If that happens, I'd have to do a full inspection. The game may be by itself blocked in some regions. I appreciate the feedback. I hope that won't be the case.

Xenoblade Chronicles. I was way younger when I first played and, since it is a Wii game, I didn't start playing it with the right expectations.
I really love the parts of the game I experienced, but my party build was garbage, so I struggled a lot after a certain story beat around 30 hours in.
After burning out, I put it on hold. I tried to continue playing many times since, but I don't know how to efficiently progress in the story and I don't want to start from the beginning.
