More convoluted than expected, but also understandably so. A redraw isn't allowed in this case since the key might end up going to someone else who encounters the same problem.

Couple options:
If you agree we can ask for the giveaway to be deleted
Or can mark it as not received and not worry about it

I'm fine either way, not concerned about a spotless record: just trying to get rid of keys I have no use for.
