This makes their account show up as having non-activated wins and will get them a suspension. Many people, myself included, will also blacklist them for it.

In order to bring their account back into good standing they need to have all of the games from GAs they won activated on their Steam account. If they already gave away or sold the key provided, they will then have to purchase a new copy from elsewhere.

Well, that reasoning certainly makes sense, though I doubt those people really care about a good standing~

Probably not.

My warning is more about the fact that recently and in the past, people have gotten upset that I've blacklisted them for it.
They contact me on steam like "why did you blacklist me on SG?" as if they don't know that not all of their wins are activated. And then most of them are indignant about it.

There was one dude who could have purchased all of his non-activated wins for $1.50 but chose instead to complain that I was being a d*ck and then blacklist and block me.

So, I'm taking the initiative and warning these people that they will be blacklisted so hopefully I can avoid the complaining.
