It says I have to sync my Steam profile, but it already is synced. Also brings up the "make profile public" notification but it IS public.
What am I doing wrong? It worked fine 3 weeks ago.

It may have been that you need to uncheck that little ox in the privacy settings for hiding your gametime. I think that obscures your WL to the public also.
