  1. The giver does not own Section 8: Prejudice under his or her Steam account
  2. I believe Section 8: Prejudice supports steamworks but redemption via CD key is not listed here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7480-wusf-3601

Agree with you VAC don't ban for joiner it's ban for server modded.
