Looks like I got a new job! Yaaaay! :-)
So I went out shopping and bought some bundles from various places to put together the celebration of a hasty kind :-)
Know that I appreciate your good wishes even if I don't reply to every single message. I know you are all good people, so don't feel obligated to 'thank you' this post. If you win a game, then a TY would be nice :-)
I also noticed there were a lot of people in my heartlist who didn't heart me back and that kind of broke my blue heart :'( I usually add people because they are nice to me and are good contributors to the community, not because I'm hoping to win something back.
I try to focus on giving away, but if something comes in, well, I'm happy :-) But if all you do is protected giveaways and/or bluehart-only GAs and I'm not in your nice list, then there isn't much point in you being in my heartlist either, right? Right :-)
So those slates have been pretty much wiped clean. For the rest of you, two hundred-ish souls present there, enjoy added blueheart-only content <3
Oh, I almost forgot! My cake day is in 6 days!
I wanted to get 6 copies of some games to properly celebrate, but then PayPal decided it hates my Revolut card and prevented me from buying the 6th copy. FFS, so random. Anyway, 5 copies are there for 2 games and about half of the other games come in pairs. Humble Bundle games are, as usual, region protected to Europe :/
This giveaway will, therefore, start now, 6 days before my cakeday and last for 6 days after. Hm, including the cakeday itself... that would make it 13 days. Crap. I'm not superstitious or anything, but let's make it 2 weeks just for the hell of it, alright? ;-)

I actually didn't know that was part of the etiquette. :/ I tend to WL people who are generous, funny, play their wins or for other random reasons. But I don't think I've ever whitelisted someone back just because. o.0 Though these days my WL GAs are quite few and far between, like my regular ones. :D Should kick my ass in gear and do something about my leftover keys... It's always interesting to see 'totally random' people popping up on your WL -- in both directions!

You are correct. There is no etiquette which dictates that you're to WL someone just because they WL you. It would be ridiculous :-)
I just pulled my solo hearts back as I kept whitelisting everyone who showed good manners, posted funny things, contributed more than me, etc etc. A lot of people recognized my efforts and whitelisted me back. Also, a lot of other people just joined my WL GAs and never bothered to let me into theirs.
Although I'm not playing for wins - but to experience that feeling of winning a random game - it still sucks when you cannot join a GA for something you really do want. And then you notice you have that person in your WL for months and months -_-
I made a big giveaway now to celebrate and wanted to make sure that people who appreciated me as I did them have more chances to win something nice.
Money is not a problem for me. I can buy whatever I want to play. But it still stings when one of your heartlisted people won't give you a chance to win something from them.
I don't know if I explained it well nor if it makes sense, nor if you even agree with my point of view, but that's pretty much a summary of how I feel :-)
Anyway, thanks for your good wishes and for challenging my decision. It's certainly rare to see people respectfully disagree with you on internet and question your actions :-) Have a blue heart for that, if nothing else :-) Hope you see it in time to join some of my WL GAs!

My apologies for the late reply to everyone. I was a tiny bit banned for 7 days lol
I won a giveaway which was advertised for one game, and I got key to another one. Didn't notice that, and marked the GA as received. And then got banned for not activating the advertised game, which I didn't receive :)))
It's all fine and good now, but as a consequence, I couldn't keep up with all the replies to all my giveaways in the meantime, nor to my celebratory discussion topic :(
Anyway, just wanted to thank you all for your kind words and awesome wishes! You are the reason why I like SG community so much! (Even though you get me banned xD)
