Do you care for Steamgift's rules at all?
If you win a game that you can not activate, give it back to the gifter, so they can re-roll a new winner.
If you win a DLC for a second time, give it back to the gifter, so they can re-roll a new winner.
What not to do: Regift the wins. It will leave a permanent mark on your profile and will get you on many blacklists.
If you want to follow the rules: Delete the giveaways before the are finished and give the keys back.
