This is Giveaway A

Six simple rules for this Giveaway:

1. Have a steam account.
2. Have a Steamgifts account
3. Have the accounts mentioned in rule #1 and #2 linked
4. Do not own Risk of Rain on the account mentioned in rule #1
5. Do not exist among the people who've made my blacklist. It's not a large group so if you're on there, you've earned it.
6. Your Steamgifts account needs to be level 4 or higher. This will be a public giveaway.

This giveaway ends 1 minute into next year for my timezone. This means there may be 'some' delay in delivery since I need to get to a PC with a steam client and a working internet connection to send it. It is a steam gift, so please be patient. I will add the winner on steam so if you win this; please don't deny my friend request. Trust me, it's just temporary to do my "due diligence" checking the winner and sending you the actual gift. If you want to expedite this process you can of course add me first.
