Things will improve with time. Just one of those bothersome questions I had to see if there was any sort of leads or info on. Hopefully it was interesting for anyone else in a similar situation. Something I haven't seen really touched on a lot, so it felt like the perfect sort of discussion material. For me, it sucks right now, but it won't always suck, so I'm focused on things improving. I've been depleted of some things, but I still have hope!
Yeah, good luck with your troubles... I wasn't aware the US were so harsh on their own citizens who get sick :s Although I suppose it's a logical consequence of being one of the countries (if not the country) with the most expensive healthcare system...
Definitely feeling better about it now after more days have gone by, but it is an insane waste of time for me to go through this crazy appeal process, but hopefully the decision changes... If someone can work here, it's not quite so bad, but still very harsh with disability and senior-related stuff here.
The medical is very high priced if somebody has to pay the full cost, plus there is almost no regard for mental health services... at least from my perspective with less overall resources in general. I feel like that area is something hugely overlooked in the bigger picture. It's a strange world for sure. We'll see how it goes with everything, but I thank you!
