Hello Lysantera, I got a message from the moderator suggesting that I can agree to deletion of this GA as they don't reroll giveaways that have missing or erroneous region restrictions.

Hello Lysantera. It has been a week since the GA . As the moderator @LFPG suggested, I marked the GA as not received since the key cannot be activated in my steam account due to region restrictions, nor it can be rerolled.

The giveaway creator already sent a reroll ticket, but we don't reroll giveaways that have missing or erroneous region restrictions.
If you are OK with this and want to expedite the process, you can already post a comment on the giveaway indicating that you agree to deletion. This will allow the creator to request a deletion instead of a reroll.
Otherwise, your other option is to wait until 7 days have passed and mark as not received.
