Thank you for hosting the event, I enjoyed the motivation/challenge in the given timeframe, not too many suggestions from me~

Thanks for that event, looking forward to the next one. The fact it "made" me play, what is now my second favourite SoulsBorne game, is something i am grateful for, as I usually have a problem when choosing what to play next. So this made it somewhat simple and easy to just pick a game and roll with it.

Similar to everyone else, thank you for the event! The most important thing I learned from this event: play the long game first and then the short one. As for suggestions, a few more resources could help a ton like a clear timer or a website for signup and monitoring. Maybe consider contacting PAGYWOSG or Playing Appreciated for help with such resources the next time you run this event. I have a feeling they'll be glad to help since you also seem to be working in the same spirit that they work under. Well, that's my two cents at least. Cheers!

An embedded timer would be nice. I guess I'll just have to provide a link to my timer in a next event.

My suggestion would be that we are allowed up to 3 games with the same time requirement. Or something crazy - user makes a numbered list of 10-15 games and other users or you via random.org for example make that choice for them. I do something similar where my friend chooses numbers and I play selected game next.

The "up to 3 games" could be an option, though most people who don't have much time, often get away with playing short games, and this event wasn't designed for that (it was originally designed to encourage players to play something more than a game they can beat in an evening).
The crazy list is exactly that. Good for an individual challenge, although maybe a little chaotic for a group event.

Thank you for the event.
I maybe would enjoy an idea when someone else choose me game to play. Like we get name of other user and pick 3 unplayed games in library which we played and enjoyed as his entries. (or which to him looks interesting when he doesn't know any of his title. For me it would be interesting, cause I keep playing same games over and over and rarely leave my taste to try some of title taking dust in my library. On the other it may be found difficult, because even people won't enjoy choosed game, they won't like and finish event.

That's what I would be afraid of as well. I want to encourage people to play games, not discourage them :)

Thank you again for this event! Last event I played telltale games which has led me to playing a lot more story based games - which has led this this events choice in games as well!
I like how you have it set out already with 1-2 games. It makes me tackle games that take longer than a night after work to complete, which I tend to put off normally. 3 games would be alright as well, but anymore kind of defeats your original purpose of the event I think.
I do agree with a timer, but that's more because of the confusion in the thread..!
For the idea others are suggesting above: I wouldn't participate if others chose the games.. I'd then hate the idea of playing whatever the game is they would pick. I know what games I want to get around to someday, and there are other events for that.

Thank you for the event.
My suggestion would be, maybe you can also check "Rushed" times from HLTB before accepting the game (for one game only situations). I noticed this on Tyranny. Mine was average though but looking at that Main Story time, I was expecting something more (I'm usually slower than that), and I barely hit the average.
Encouraging for the long games is a nice touch. Next one could be longer with longer game options.
Also I actually like the idea of xxxka, but with a twist. We choose 5~10 games (the number could be various) and other attendants vote for 3 games and we should play from that 3 games. In this way, the person still plays the game he/she chose but with a little randomness.

Well, that's basically what the POP group is for. I could have that as an option, but you're giving me more work.

From the acronym I assume it's "Play or Pay", though I wasn't aware what are their rules. So if there is already something like this I guess we can rule it out since it's not original (and I agree with the more work part).
No original suggestions in my mind right now but you can encourage people to choose from unplayed top rated games, so those games see some love. SteamDB's calculator is helpful for this course. After choosing "games" tab on the left, clicking on both time and rating should do the job, and it will list the top rated unplayed games.
My example here:

That's cool, thanks for the suggestion! I might try it for myself.

Thanks again for the event! I like the current format, nothing to suggest. Looking forward to the next event :)

Thanks once again for the event, it pushed me to play better games than the ones I would have picked just for achievement hunting.
I can't think of any useful change: you probably have already considered choosing a single long game (1in20) or going for all achievements (easier to check), but I think it would bring less people in the event.

That's already in the rules.
I gave an exception for one person to do this (they ended up spending about 70hours to 100% the game.) Personally, if the game has any hard achievements, and you can't get that last one, it would be disappointing to not be successful in the event. It is an option that I might put into the rules, it's just not something I want to encourage, and then the user feels defeated when they fail.

Yes, but I meant it as the only option, without the possibility to choose two games.
I was talking about restrictions, that is why less people would join in my opinion, it's nice you saw more options instead.
: )

I still don't have enough people interested, imho.

Thanks Maya!
Loved the event! I was very happy to see it happening again. I need motivation to get me to tackle my huge backlog.
I tend to play a little this, a little that, just because of all the shamefully untouched games in my library but with your event, I got to finish two games (although I will play them again and again because roguelike never die!) and had fun doing it.
What more could I ask?

Thanks for the event!
No sugestions from me, I like it the way it is. 2 games in 10 days is nothing for a kid with lot of free time, and its an good challenge for the most of us, I think.( yeahh we are oldies jaja)

Yeah, I would say I fit into the "old" bracket now XD
