Awesomenauts is a 2D moba. You can buy the characters by earning ingame currency or buy them with real money. Rocco is one character and with that dlc you will unlock him.
Company behind the game went bankrupt and the servers are no longer running so the game is effectively not playable anymore, this is for collection purpose only at this point.
