Huh. That's surprising. They probably removed it because of all the confusion around the Premium Upgrade... Lots of people were trying to give away the base game without the premium (which isn't allowed because it is free)

That's frustrating... Unfortunately that's what happens when people try and abuse the system. Legitimate gifters end up suffering.
