Note if like Shogun 2 DLCs this DLC is also bugged in Steam - Steamgifts List sync, I will gift away personally 2 keys to random repliers. This Base Game not registering on users is becoming quite an issue.

It's not a new issue, it's because both Shogun 2 and this are dlc of a dlc, and thanks to badly written steam code it fails to register anything as base game then...
