I liked the first one, never got a chance to play 2 and as far as infinite goes, I'm pretty sure my current computer build isn't up to snuff for it. It's a shame considering the first bioshock was the game that blew me away when I first got it(seriously the opening with all the fire and water was an incredible sight when my computer was new).
I played it both games on xbox first and then later on picked them up on sale. That opening scene was awesome to see on PC. Looking forward to finishing both games on PC when I get some free time.
