Perhaps you should. CV nonsense doesn't really matter after level 3 or 4 (I hope you'll agree with that), and I can easily imagine myself having spare keys and not wanting to bother with creating GAs - so why not give them to, say, Lugum (or to you, or to any other established SG member I don't expect to just activate keys on their accounts) to be a part of some fun event? Basically, what's wrong with that?
