Yeah that makes sense. It's crazy how all of these different post-apocalyptic Russia games all blend together in my head. A game that just came out last month was part of the queue I went through yesterday and I didn't even have to read a word of the description or scroll down to see that the developer is Russian (so Russian that their name is in cyrillic on Steam).

As soon as I saw the screenshots of the highrise in this game I knew exactly where I was. It's called 35mm, an was released on May 27th of this year. Check it out.

I swear, part of me is afraid that when I die I'm gonna go to purgatory and I'm gonna be living in an abandoned town in Russia, repairing assault rifles and searching for can openers in mint condition while dogs with human faces.... okay I'm scaring myself... time to stop. And you know I never did replay SoC to see if I could get a less-bad ending. I gotta do that at some point. I got the one where I wished for money and was smothered in gold coins or hallucinated and thought the coins were real while I was getting killed by something else. I dunno it was over 5 years ago or so and it's all kinda hazy. Still, it haunts me at times.
