Unfortunately at Steam-store this edition marked as DLC. So this GA only for base-game-owners.

Actually, staff lets you post this as the base game, then change it [via a Change Giveaway ticket] to the Two-Horned edition after it ends.
I certainly won't poke at your preferences if you're intentionally directing it toward people with the base game, but..
Personally, I think those who are willing to throw away a $30 base game to get a $10 DLC are being phenomenally wasteful.
You may just be more generous in that regard than I am. :)
