Gunstar Heroes and Shining Force 1 and 2 are great games for the SMD/Genesis. Streets of Rage is self-explanatory, and the other titles look pretty solid too.

If you think that you would rather have ROMs and an emulator instead, you might as well not be on steam since you could download all PC games cracked via torrent. It doesnt make sense to buy them if they are available for free, right?
But piracy and emulators aside, my point is: if you like a game and think the developers deserve what they charge for it, buy it.

zomg wtf, I remember playing Shining Force! I don't remember where, but I remember that game was great. Definitely want to try for this.
