hey Necronomicron,

It appears you've viewed the key and have probably tried to activate it; in my experience as a support member I know steam sometimes glitches when it says you already own the game while in fact it actually has activated the key. To avoid a situation where a new winner would get a used key, could you please upload a screenshot of your licenses and product activation page on steam where it shows at which date you've activated Train Simulator: Riviera Line? thanks in advance!

Hi Necronomicron,

Do I understand correctly the DLC is not on your licenses and product activation page yet Steam states you already own the product? Could you upload the activation details of all other Train Simulator activations? (the upload you've provided is for an entirely different game: offworld trading company)?

My upload shows my last activated game which is not this DLC. I got DLC with this package 3 years ago.
