I saw Mario64.
Decided to convert part of the link from base64 to ascii and received:
The answer is right under your nose

and then I stuck :DD
I tried some combinations...but nothing works.
I tried to convert text to hex...and didn't receive the symbols of sgt

It's not a conventional code. "The answer is right under your nose" is the hint you need.
