It should be noted that these keys are region locked to where they were purchased.

Thus, you may wish to redo your GA with the proper restrictions enabled.

If it was purchased in Europe, then only Europeans will be able to activate it. I know this firsthand incidentally, since I tried activating a Euro key in NA and it didn't work.

If it's a known ROW key, then in theory it should activate everywhere...but this is something you really need to be sure of beforehand :)
