Let's hope that it's not region-locked (or if it is, someone from an appropriate region wins). Because if it is, it doesn't matter what the winner says...the moderators will not re-roll a region-locked game that wasn't marked appropriately. The GA will have to be deleted in that case. Trust me, I've been down that road. :D Not their fault, the mods are just following the rules.
