I couldn't find this in the region restriction options but this key is only redeemable in the US (possibly the NA region).

Dear Author meant, Steamgift doesn't allow to set 'Not for USA' region restriction, when you create the giveaway. There is no such option on the Steamgift form.
It doesn't mean that some steam keys can't have the USA restrictions at all :)

It's a key from an old Humble Bundle, many of the games back then (including Dead Island Riptide) got region locked depending on where they were purchased from. More information here.

I couldn't find the correct region restriction option for it when I was creating the giveaway, so I left it on "no region lock" and specified in the description.
