It is a steam gift, and I am in the UK. I have set this to not being region restricted since I have generally been able to gift games to friends in multiple different countries however this may not work for you depending on what country you are from.
If the case arises where the gift cannot be sent due to regional issues, then I apologize in advance that I do not have a spare copy/key to give instead.

You may want to advertise to whoever wins this to accept that the gift cant be sent to the winner due to country difference, this way you can save some time afterwards

I've put in the description that I'm from the UK and it was brought via my account. My other giveaway I did that ended a couple days ago was the same (steam gift brought from UK) and the winner was from Taiwan. The gift sent and was redeemed without an issue.

But even still some people still enter and then get mad that the gift cant be sent due to region restrictions and if you say like hey look this is a gift from the uk and this and that be aware that it may not work so this way the winner doesnt ask for a new key because he agreed with the conditions when he entered

Since this is a everyone can enter giveaway the winner may not able to redeem it as you say and then like I said ask for another key because they can´t activate that one, that is all I am saying. I´ ve seen some giveaways where the creator makes a no restriction giveaway but states on the description to the ones who enter to accept the fact that they might not be able to redeem the key and not to ask for another key as the giveaway creator won´t provide a new one
