It might be unavailable from the store (like it is for me from Germany for example) but maybe the key is redeemable anyway, the two things are separate. Does the shop where you got it from give any indications about the redeemability?

All I know is that when I enter the page for that game, it says:
I have zero experience about this region lock thing, but I assume it might mean problems.
