I'm not 100% sure, but it seems, that this game is region restricted. Steam informs me that this product is unavailable in my country (Poland).
Unless this is some kind of steam bug/weird behaviour, you might want to check the winner before sending key.
BTW. Congrats on your degree, it's a lot of tough work :)
For some reason Bethesda decided to put up two versions for two groups of languages, instead of doing one version with more languages to choose from. So there's one with "western" and one with "eastern" languages. Polish is in the eastern group.
As far as I know, western versions were available to activate in PL with no issues, yet in store it wouldn't say you have the game already - if you wanted to buy the season pass for example, it wouldn't let you as it would think you don't own the base. And probably Polish language wouldn't be available to choose for playing.
Hi, everybody! I double-checked that the key was global before purchasing it. Hope there is no problem, but as you mentioned here that there are two versions of the game... well... I'm afraid I took the version you already have, and in the SG only this one that I created appears.
I recently bought several keys for a game (Braeking Fear) and there was only one version available here on SG, but two versions on Steam, and I only found out later, when the winners commented. : (
I'll cross my fingers that everything goes right with this GA.

It seems to be a bug on Steam side. I am Polish too, have F:NV on my account and also have this error, while simultaneously being able to join the GA
