I will send the winner a friend invite. The winner must accept invite to receive the Steam key in chat. After activating the key and confirming that they received the game, the winner can then remove me from their friend list.
Some winners never respond. This makes sure that they care enough to respond and get the key. If they don't make the minimum effort, then i will select another winner. This method works and thats why i use it.
