Just because you typoed it into something rude-sounding won't help you avoid getting a suspension if a moderator comes across your comment (if you haven't had the chance to look through the site rules carefully yet, I'm referencing the fourth point at the very top of the guidelines page). May wanna delete your comment, as Inappropriate Behavior is a 2 day suspension (see bottom of this page).

New users on this site sometimes make certain confusions, so let me just run through them real quick in case you're also having one of the more common ones:
First, the games you're posting are the ones you're agreeing to give out to other users, not a way of requesting games for yourself. Failing to give away the games you've committed to can lead to you being suspended from the site. If this wasn't your intention, you can delete your giveaway any time before it ends by clicking the deletion link in the bottom left of the page, or by clicking the support link at the top of the page.
Note that deleting a giveaway will delete all comments on the giveaway, including your own. If you want to reply to anyone, you should do so before deleting the giveaway, by clicking on the user's name and then posting on a previous giveaway that user has made.
Second, as the site name suggests, you're required to give games that can be activated on Steam (versus GOG, Origin, Uplay, etc). GTA V doesn't have any Steam keys, only Rockstar launcher keys and direct Steam Store gifting, so you'll want to make sure the copies you have are actually redeemable for Steam.
Third, the Steam storefront has gifting restrictions, where you can't give out to regions with noticably more valuable currency than your own region's currency. That's a bit of a tangent to get into right now, so just let me know if you're needing more information on that.
If you've got any other questions, the community is very willing to help assist new users, so feel free to post a thread in the Help forum with any questions you may have. :)

It's funny if they are mistaken about how GAs work and they're asking for 3 copies of GTA V for themselves lol

There were quite a lot of these around in the SG Anniversary event. It confused the hell out of newcomers. All brand new unbundled games of course.

That's the most helpful, polite and zen post I have ever seen in one of those "problematic" GA, Sooth. Much respect.

It's been a while since I've seen a 3 copies giveaway of GTA V.
Thanks for using the summer sale to be so generous.

I wonder if its a real giveaway since they did not even own the game.

You never know. There have been some extremely generous users on SteamGifts that gave tons of great games getting to level 10 and not winning much because they don't care about winning, they just want to give. Some of these users have deleted their accounts here. Maybe one of them wanted to come back, but not be recognized, so they created a new Steam account. Maybe they thought it would be funny to create a GA for 3 copies of GTA V as their first GA and then actually send the games to surprise everyone. I'm not saying that I think this will happen, but it certainly is possible.

No. There are no keys for this game. It can only be presented as a gift, but you cannot give it to other countries due to the difference in prices. The author did not establish a regional restriction, a fair question arises: "How is he going to give games to countries that are different from his own"?
Comment has been collapsed.
They can send the games as gifts directly through Steam. Their Steam account says they are form the US and if that is true, I don't think there are many countries that you cannot gift a game to since I think Steam only prevents you from sending it to regions that pay at least 10% more than you do. I haven't researched it, but I wouldn't think that there are many countries that pay 10% more than the US price.

The difference of 10% acts in both directions.
Comment has been collapsed.
Really? I thought it was only 1 way because they don't want people buying games in cheaper regions and sending them to regions where the game is more expensive. Why would Steam care if you paid more money for a game and sent it to a region that would normally pay less?
I just looked up a game on steamdb and they only show Switzerland being over 10% more than the US price, but there are a lot that are more than 10% less.

Delete this fake giveaway kid, no one gonna give you 3 copies especially after they see that fresh vac ban of yours.

No need to be rude. You get your points refunded if it is fake and deleted anyway. Innocent till proven guilty and all.

The fact is why does it matter if it is fake it will be deleted just treat it as it doesnt exist. A bit sweaty to go around looking at people's profile for a random giveaway that will get deleted if it is fake anyway.

Nah I was just frustrated with all of the recent fake ones especially the Originones.

It's bafflingly ironic that you'd call out someone on fake GAs for a giveaway that hasn't ended yet, when you've got a Not Received giveaway of your own- regardless of whether you're at fault for that or innocent and already familiar with the risks of false accusation, you should be at the head of those not calling out the still-assumed-as-innocent for issues. I mean, even before considering the obvious prohibitions on such behavior, and how violating those prohibitions already puts you past this GA creator on proven site misuse.

I got my key from indiegala lmao, didn't even know they gave the same key to other users as well. You can also see that my most recent giveaway was a working one.
I can't even delete the giveaway that was not working since the winner blocked me without reason.

That's all supporting the point I was making: That, for these kinds of matters, we can't jump to conclusions without justification.
