You know that odd habit that ensues from having a small bowl of sugar cubes on the table, clearly designed for you to drop into your cup of hot (not warm, not boiling - at an average of 60-70C, which you can achieve by leaving the teapot to rest for several minutes and letting the tea leaves be properly steeped before pouring) tea and instead you pop the sugar cubes in your mouth like a 3 year old seeking that elusive sugar high before getting spanked by your nanny because sugar is bad, BAD for your shiny new teeth...
