I like Lea's portrait, looks very promising. Punk Hatsune Miku is also a good concept, but I prefer Lea's execution.
Imho Nier's females and art are really cool, but as things stand I'd suggest you to change your profile avatar for your own Lea's Portrait. That, or draw Nier portraits!

Right now I'm drawing Hatsune miku x Nier crossover art but after that I will draw Nier portraits like you suggest to train drawing faces because I'm really bad at it. :D
You know, I'd wish I knew how to draw something. GF gifted me this month a book to learn, with exercises. But as with everything else, no amount of talent can replace being constant, practicing, trying stuff yourself, and just putting hours of work in improving. So don't surrender, keep trying. I think Lea's portrait is your best work precisely for the face.
