It's from Amazon, it was 7.5 on Monday. I'm assuming it's region free.

If only I was mericuhn, then I could buy this myself. Steam price is too damn high :( If someone wants to help me out, theres any ten dollar steam game available in exchange.

As far as I know this item only requires a a US address for purchase and the game is not region-locked for usage. For purchase it is not on the European store until the release, but it can be activated and played as a retail copy from a Steam user residing in Europe or other areas where the game may not be released. I looked into it, and for this game, along with others that have a delayed release in other regions, they activated fine. The steam key should work fine.

For games that are region locked in usage it is also possible to use Hotspot Shield for the original activation, and then the game plays fine without the use of masking your IP. I will discuss it with the winner through email or Steam if the need arises with activation.

Europeans can still get the game.. just counts as a pre-buy, and won't get unlocked, untill the game is released in europe.
