Yeah basically. When your giveaway ends the site piks random winners and shows you their emails/Steam IDs so you can send them the gift. You have something like a week to send it and then they have to confirm it.

so how will i proceed with the gifting process? Does the site randomly choose for me a winner, and i add those people as friends to gift the game?

Sort of, you'll get the email adress of the random winners and should send the gift as email.
