I just buy this game first day of the sale and now it in July bundle.

All of the Yakuza games released thus far have been super quick to both hit Choice and 75% off in Store (though this game has been a bit slower on discounts), so I assume it's likely enough that future releases'll be fairly reliable on discounts and Choice bundling as well.

Sometimes Valve does make exceptions to the two week / 2 hours rule on refunds, so that's also something to potentially consider.
(Conversely, other times they'll reject completely reasonable refund requests.. For example, don't expect a refund on an Early Access game regardless of circumstance. Y'know, like the game being unable to be loaded at all. -.-)
