you seem to speak it pretty well to me :)
thank you for providing that! yes, certain games, bundles and DLC are not logged into the system correctly and sometimes do not show up despite you owning them; a common example is Painkiller: Black Edition - even if you own it, if you see the game in the store, it will not show as owned until you actually go to its store page.
shrug enjoy the game!
