We are a fragile species. As much as we think we are these invincible creatures, we are absolutely the opposite. Your mental health is very important to you even if you do not realize it. I have people around me have complete breakdowns and afterwards come out as different people. Not to mention knowing many MANY that suffer from depression and other disorders. Our brains are very important to us and that is why need to keep them happy :)
