I did not know that, thanks for the info! In the future I will give away DLCs in discussions or elsewhere so folks that have the base game can have the DLC also
It's probably better to just set them up as giveaways. Steamgifts won't let people who don't own the base game enter for them, and it's really not so common that folks who already own a DLC enter and win it. If you give it away in discussions 90% of the time it gets harvested by a script-bot

While Steamgifts can't see what DLC you own, it knows what base games you own, and it refuses to let you enter drawings for games you already own.
