The problem is that even though the base game is free, it's tagged with "Profile Features Limited", so Steamgifts cannot detect that you own the game. :/
A Steam API problem that disable the possibility to enter the GA because sg don't get the info that you own the Base Game.
Only the sg owner can do something in such cases and because i had such tickets open for 1 year+, without that he solved the problem, i would not count on a solution for that problem.
Best option is to give it directly to someone that would be happy about the DLC :o)

Is it ok for you when i question you about something to your gender/account at steam ? I am curious and confused everytime i look at it.
