This is the first game I ever won on SteamGifts. It was public, and without a level restriction, so this one is too. I feel horrible that I haven't put more hours into that win, but the 4X genre's a tough one for me to get into due to the time investment. Since I'm beating a lot more games these days, thanks to the BLAEO group, I think maybe I'll get back to it at some point, but until then, here's a copy for someone else! :)
