I run check on members of Positive Thoughts, and you don't meet RealCV ratio requirement (no more than 200 RealCV won than sent).
You have 720 CV in sent and 963 CV in won. So you "lack" 44 CV to be in the buffer (720 + 44 = 764). That's why you're on 3 days suspension, which should give you time to fix your ratio.

Actually, looking at the RealCV using SG Tools right now, it says 777 for Sent, and 963 for Won.
Is there something I'm missing?

Right, looks like my web browser had cached version of your data. I checked it on Chrome and it shows 777 in sent.
