I don't have much experience with harsh winter weather, but would choose winter over summer. I hate dealing with hot days and it's better for our electronics not to overheat!

I'd pick constant winter. If it was constantly winter I could keep adding layers of clothes until I reached my desired temperature or became immobile, I think body temperature would be harder to manage in summer.

I like to walk around with shirts only, so I prefer summer (at least if it is not too hot...). However I am not sure if I would prefer Antarctica or Sahara. I guess both regions are not very comfortable for living, but since I have never been in both places I can not compare which region I would prefer.

Assuming it's a regular old summer and not like the sweltering things we've been having recently, I would go with that since the rain and snow that comes with winter make it really unpleasant to go outside and do anything.

As for where, I would probably go with the Sahara Dessert since a dessert is something you eat ;)
But seriously I would still go with the Sahara Desert, assuming I have some way to get food and water easily.

People live in countries where it's very hot, but nearly noone lives in arctic regions. So yeah better in a 'desert' than arctis.

Antarctica over Saharah. It's similar with Alaska or Canada's Northern territories. You get much, much better pay because they have a hard time finding people that want to work and live there. My school librarian basically quit her job to move there for much much better pay. And if you can deal with a bit of social isolation and ordering your stuff online and waiting for a bit, you're all set. I'm kinda sold XD

And this ties in a bit into the previous, but if I had to choose, then winter over summer. You can put extra layers on but you can only take so many off! I like neither, spring or fall are better for sure, but if I had to choose one or the other, I'd rather freeze a bit than sweat a lot, haha.

Constant winter. I can bundle against the cold, but no one likes it when I strip against the heat :)

Summer definately. I'm cold really really fast.
