From what i understand from the description, he gives you a Desura key and when you redeem that key on the Desura you get the Steam key. So you get both keys, but he only gives you the Desura key.
Which is fine if the winner has a Desura account and is willing to, but otherwise he has to find a way to get the key himself. However, I'm confused because he says "with STEAM key redeemed" which sounds like the key has been used already... but could just be a language issue.
