its a mix of americans canadians and europeans as far as i've noticed, most of them will do minecraft or other games together. some stream\play together as well.

Anythology edition is only available on Steam as a "Bundle", not as a "Package". Similar to games that have had their listings entirely removed from Steam, Bundles are configured to not send out the information SG needs for a listing. Unlike removed content, Bundles still have actively updating data, meaning staff here can't just manually list the content.
In short, there's nothing SG staff can do about such listings; That's something to take up with the developer (especially as any reasonable developer should include both a bundle and package option- notably, as bundles can't be gifted, either- but few actually do).
