Fanatical has written to me about the bad Bundlestars key, and said they would send a human after the problem, and that this message was written by a robot.
This is the 3rd time a bad key has happened to somebody else on steamgifts that I have given, and it has only happened to me once, in the 1000-2000ish keys I have gotten from Bundlestars. I only hope their new owner, Fanatical, has the same customer support quality as Bundlestars.
