You literally have a power of Darkness and Guns on your side, it's only scary for pure suckers who stand on your way or in your general vicinity, for that matter.

The Darkness II isn't scary, but it is pretty cool either way. The game is a FPS with dark atmosphere and some powers you can use.
I do recomend you try it, there's really nothing I could complain about the plot or mechanics.
