It was initially an Austro-Daimler Maja. Ferdinanand Porsche worked for the company.

The Shock Absorber or Damper is a suspension component.

Look, that is an utterly realistic actual picture of a woman getting shocked by a car that just had its shock absorbers removed. I mean, look, a picture, so it has to be truth. Clearly.
