Yes I have one not activated game, that was my first won giveaway, at that time I didn't read the SG rules so I didn't know I must to activate all won games.
Now I still can not activate that game because I don't have the key of it anymore, and I will have no problem if you decide to ask for a new winner.
There is now a bundle which includes this unactivated game and 7 other games for $3. Isn't it worth it to have a clean profile and be able to enter all those SGTools giveaway (most of which filter people with unactivated wins)?
I would much rather send you the keys to your wins than ask for a new winner.
You most definitely will. Unactivated wins are easy to fix this way. Multiple wins on the other hand are more complex to fix, but luckily you don't have any of those.
