umm the steam store page says it has:

About This Game
SHOGUN: Total War - Collection includes the base game SHOGUN: Total War and its official expansion pack - Mongol Invasion.

thus appears not to have aynthing to do with other total war collections

You are correct, Shogun: Total War Collection does not contain anything other then the game/expansion relating to that series. But the Humble Bundle link implies that when you redeem the key it will unlock the aforementioned games, as there is only one key/gift link and the aforementioned games are listed above that single link.
