Sure enough, it looks like the winner has both components. As far as I can tell, "Two Worlds II" and "Two Worlds II HD" are the same game, and the winner has the Flying Fortress DLC. Too bad I can't send a PM on this site, but have to send a friend request to send a PM via Steam.
Edit: It appears I can request a re-roll without the winner's concurrence, so I've done that, and provided a link to their profile's game list.
