hi, actually people that ALREADY HAVE this game can enter DLC giveaway, so if you are giving the game key, you need to delete this GA and create a proper one.
Well now the giveaway is finished, im the winner but i got the acutal game already.. I did enter for DLC as the picture tells, do you know how to go forward?

But that's on his shoulders i suppose, i'll just wait.. Don't wanna report him yet atleast, seems like a good dude if i should judge his profile ;)
note that if you mark it as received, you can get a few days of suspension, since you wouldn't have this DLC in your library, as it is necessary to activate the won gifts.

I wrote a ticket to support and see what they say, im fine him deleting the giveaway if i can get permision to regift it which is against the rules.

i think you should wait for a week and then mark the gift as Not Received. also you can use Support/Report form.
